30 Mar Case Writing Committee Announced
We are excited to announce the formation of the 2017 Golden State Case Writing Committee!
This committee is made up of members from across the state of California who will work together to produce the inaugural Golden State case, People vs. Pearl, which will be released in the early spring of 2017.
Case materials committee chair:
Sarah Winkle: Workers’ compensation attorney, author of three mock trial cases for the National Homeschool Mock Trial Association, and coach of the Trinity Pacific Christian School mock trial team (Ventura County)
Case writing committee members:
Joseph Ahart: Criminal defense attorney and coach of the Shasta High School mock trial team (Shasta County)
Geoff Bruton: Forensic scientist specializing in ballistics, bloodstain pattern analysis, and crime scene investigation and reconstruction; assistant forensics sciences laboratory manager for Ventura County; and coach of the Trinity Pacific Christian School mock trial team (Ventura County)
Andy Dominguez: Founder of the Clovis High School mock trial team and coach for 17 years
Marc Judd: medical doctor and coach of the Trinity Pacific Christian School mock trial team (Ventura County)
Stephen Levine: Criminal defense and family law attorney and coach of the Redlands High School mock trial team (San Bernardino County)
Matthew Wright: Criminal, probate and family law attorney, coach of the Venture Academy mock trial team (San Joaquin County)
Spencer Wright: Attorney and coach of the Venture Academy mock trial team (San Joaquin County)
